Quilt measures 72 x 72 inches (183.5 x 183.5 cm)

This quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 metres Liberty for background and diamond borders OR 3 metres of other fabric (44 inches/110 cm wide).

1.10 metres Liberty for yoyo borders OR 1.5 metres other fabric (44 inches wide).

Small amounts of many different fabric scraps for fans, yoyo and diamond borders.

Small amounts of 16 different dark fabrics for fan centres.

Small amounts of 16 different light fabrics for fan centres.

.6 metres striped fabric for outer border.

4.2 metres backing.

80 x 80 inches (205 x 205 cm) batting. I prefer soft cotton.

.75 metres for binding.

Grided plastic for making templates.

Cotton thread for piecing.

Perle 12 or equivelant for quilting.

Sharp scissors, needles and pins.
